I always had an insane appetite for online skills, so naturally as a student of software engineering, I stuck my hands in as many of them as I could: video editing, graphic design, sales, lead generation, outreaches, etc.
Then COVID hit, something the world had never seen. Within that period, I took my destiny in my hands, looking out for people who needed the skills I had. Then I landed my first client, but despite a good job for straight 6 months, I was paid absolutely NOTHING. It was a very difficult time as economies were harsh. Shortly after, I landed a second client who paid me 2500 rupees a month, and 20,000 rupees a month from the 3rd client.
This was a big turning point in my life and it was the moment when I realized that I could make a business out of my salesmanship. So I doubled down, put in grueling hours of research and multiple thousands into courses.
In my first employment with a sales coach in Delhi, I did over 200 sales calls which, again, didn't offer any extra incentives, but I knew why I was there: to bag enough experiences for the life I had signed up for and start my own agency.
This is how TSI Consultancy was born.
